About Merchant Taylor’s Hall - Tanqueray Tables 2008

Enjoy a taste of intensity with Tanqueray® gin cocktails and gin inspired canapés in the exclusive settings of Merchant Taylor's Hall in the heart of the Square Mile, London on the 30th July 2008. Seated in tables of four, each ticket includes a Tanqueray gin reception cocktail, followed by a selection of unique canapés accompanied by taster cocktails created by a team of chefs and top mixologists to complement and bring out a true intensity of flavour.

Home to Merchant Taylor's Company, one of the Twelve Great City Livery Companies surviving from medieval times, Merchant Taylor's Hall is a venue where past meets present. The outdoor space dates back to the 14th Century when it was an enclosed vineyard and orchard. With its classical statues, scented flowers and fountain, this secret chateau-style garden will shield you and your friends from the hubbub of the City whilst you sample a taste of intensity with Tanqueray gin.

Recently voted by bartenders' around the world as their gin of choice, Tanqueray uses the finest juniper berries, coriander and angelica root and is quadruple-distilled, giving it great intensity of flavour and an un-matched smoothness. The flavours sampled at Tanqueray Tables will provide a unique taste of intensity and an experience to remember.
