Chaopraya Eat-Thai

About Chaopraya Eat-Thai

You heard the man, ’Eat Thai!’ he says, and you will be glad you did. This lovely little restaurant, part of an award-winning authentic Thai chain, now located just off Oxford Street is kitted out in such a restful shade of green your subliminal self will think you’re in a forest. The decor is highlighted with intriguing Thai and Cambodian artefacts. And the food! Get lots of friends to come so you can sample everything. Most people adore the scallop curry paste, or one of the two ways of having seabass or lobster, but if you’re not pushing the boat out quite that far, you definitely shouldn’t miss the pad Thai Chaopraya, which can be served with soft-shell crabs. There are lots of let-them-choose-for-us menus and vegetarian choices, and the swift service is a dream.
