It over takes the popularity of Farochillen remittance and other remitance businesses. However Iremit fails to recognise the small anomally that creates a big trouble and downfall in the business . Their phone line failure that needs to repair has been ignored until this year. Customers doubted and thought about having an alibi of swindling people. The Customers has not been informed about the changes of their system as they should need to be informed in advance before anything changes happened to their company. The act of professionalism in the business to keep clients trust and confidence intact and no doubt should stake.
I dont blame people to be disappointed and afraid to send money in your remittance service nowadays 95%. Specially that you fail to recognize the need of the customers on time like leaving the phone ring. And I do feel so sorry to put all the blame to the new manager specially if she/he is new to the business. I know that she/he doesnt deserve whatever people barks at, as to speak for giving him/her chance to get in to good business flow right and clear.
