"Poor customer service"

A review of Royal Mail by Anonymous written on Tuesday 12th of June 2012


Trying to contact local office for the past 30 minutes from 0730hrs - no answer, rings off after 6 minutes.

Attempting to request redelivery, yet supplied item number is not recognised online and calling the office is just further wasting my time for what should be a very simple request!

Useless! no wonder private companies are taking all the profit making areas of the business away from Royal Mail.
