"Just not good enough - after 25 years I'm looking for a new product"

I have used this product for many years but the latest changes are dreadful. Bottle too heavy, spray goes everywhere and the colour, etc, etc just are not the same. Why change a wonderful product like this? Long standing customers, like myself, will just look for a new brand. If you want to bring in new customers then advertise, that way you get new customers but also keep long standing ones. .
