Dr Garcha is a really caring and attentive doctor. However, the receptionists are extremely rude and are just plainly ignorant when it comes to people skills. It's distressing enough to have to go to see a doctor, but the first port of call on arrival are the miserable, dismissive and condescending beings at reception. Dr Garcha should prescribe them with happy and personality pills or get rid ... Get people with heart!!!
