A review of The Torrington Speedwell Practice by Harold lazarus written on Tuesday 13th of August 2013
The practice is a fine example of a mini hospital,but with excessof 10,000 patients is bursting at the seams. u canwait all day for a telphone appt.when u do some how get an appt. it is very likely u will wait at least a half hour and have never been called even aprox to time.
The doctors and reception staff are fine,but the overall management and admin require total overhall, a decent tel. system and appt. review would b a good start.
