"Rubish Cafe"

Went for lunch at b h s Kingston upon Thames today .Only one lady working trying to serve food and take money .She Preped my jacket potato WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR PUTING ON GLOVES after using the till . The fish & chips had run out .She said she would get some moor in 10 min but other people were complaining how long they had been waiting .My Son only had 1 hour so we chose something different Shepards pie was cold peas looked like they had been there for ages also cold .Curry was cold very dried up rice . Had vouchers but Got over charged . She just could not work it out .People behind me getting very fed up .In the end we just left Did not get our meal STAFF VERY UNHELPFUL FOOD REALY BAD .will not go back again.
