Tom Ryan said he had nothing to offer me, this was a few years ago, because I told him his hourly fee of £50 was to exorbitant. So much for alternative community care. No different to the old asylums, at least there you could walk out for miles every day and have sex with your girlfriend on Epson Downs and a few beers afterwards in Epsom High Street..
