Since January of this year 2017, i have been promised a legitimate refund for an unused ticket. It is july now and in the past few months called many times. promises have been made but nothing has materialised. very very disappointing. only my phone bills go up holding on for HOURS, yes Hours. It is unbeleivable.

British Airways won't treat you in this manner. I assure you..
