"Inhumane bus driver"

A review of London General Putney Bus Garage by Kate written on Wednesday 22nd of May 2019

My 11 yr old daughter and I use the 430 bus from Putney everyday on the way home from work and school, this rude bus driver that thought he looked really cool with shades on spoke to my child inappropriately asked her all sorts of questions -

I felt that he should have addressed me being her mum and not got rude to a child so this really angered me I felt so bad for my daughter being questioned like that I could see that she felt uncomfortable by his very ubrupt and direct questioning, Was this really necessary.

All we wanted was to get home after a long day and this d*ckhead refused us off the bus and shouted at us to get off in front of everyone I was so embarrassed!

I got very upset at this point it was embarrassing in front of the passengers behind us waiting to get on and were getting impatient as I explained to him that we are still waiting for her Zipcard to arrive in the post but he couldn't be a decent human being and understand this?

If he is having a bad day we all do at times he didn't have to take it out on a child what kind of a person are you.

If he has issues with English maybe that is where his frustrations comes from, these drivers needs to be trained to learn at least some basic understanding of the English language and learn some manners! If I see him again he will get a kicking..
