I once saw a huge RAT, yes yes, a RAT that run across the floor inside of Nass Fast Food Restaurant, previously named Nass Burger (more like NARSTY BURGER) Heston , Hounslow, Great West Road, TW5 0BY). I screamed and told the man/cook behind the counter but he just looked at me, nodded, and then he just laughed! So I repeated what I'd said to him, but again, the cook laughed. JUST HOLD IT RIGHT THERE! STOP I SAY! While I was horrified, this cook appeared to be delighted! And in the great words of Frankie Howard, "Titter ye not!" I then watched the rat run into a hole beneath the counter and into the area where food was being cooked and prepared. I still cannot believe what I saw that day and I can honestly say that I have never returned to Nass. Eew! Yuck, yuck yucka! Once they sold me Coley fish instead of Cod fish which was what I had paid for. When I disputed that it was not Cod fish, the woman (Manager) denied that it was Coley and was very arrogant and rude to me. This place has extremely bad hygiene, be very very careful..
