"Blushing free"

After suffering a very, VERY severe form of blushing for all my adult life I made an appointment to see Susannah at the City Hypnotherapy Centre in London. It took 8 sessions to get the the underlying cause and since its been corrected I have absolutely no fear or anticipation that I'm going to blush as it just doesn't happen anymore. I just can't believe it. I feel so much happier in myself, feel so much more confident and less self conscious. It's been incredible. I'm now having further sessions to resolve my weight issue - I'll let you know how I get on....
