Grilled food is much healthier then fried, some of these chicken places are so untidy they dont keep the shop clean, it smells and the satff look unclean. the ilford chicken cottage was nice to sit in but needs a bti of work, but the best thing was the food and the peopel used GLOVES. makes a change.. had a nice coffe and muffin for specila price.
