I am just an outsider but with such bad reviews I think someone should look into the problem and find out whether this agency deserves to carry on with its bussines.Or at least whether they have emplyoyed the right people to do their jobs,talking here about area managers,whom I see,are making a lot of their employees quite angry.It looks like a serious problem and in this country we go for people's capacity to do their jobs and not bribery.Quite a bad example
