"Dissapointed in wales"

I have recently purchased a number of items from BHS home store in Cardiff Bay.After having to return some items to the BHS store in Swansea I have to say my initial experience of the service was absolutely outstanding of the staff and service at the Swansea store.However after getting my purchases home I discovered that there were items missing from one of the Ottoni wall lights that I had purchased. I rang the store in Cardiff which was where I had initially purchased them from.

However after over a week of constant phoning by myself I have finally received one ring even though I needed two. Subsequently after calling back to inform them of the mistake it is now four days since I have informed them of this and am still awaiting another ring.

To say I am dissapointed at the level of customer service by the Cardiff store is an understatement.

I will be calling to speak to the Store Manager tomorrow as I come to the conclusion if you need decisive action it is better to go straight to the organ grinder and omit the monkeys that are obviously not up to the job. .
