"Disapointment"

Well what can i say, i went into you Chester branch today to return a Christmas gift which was too small in size and neck size and was told i could not have a refund today as you have made it store policy to not gife refunds straight away after the festive period for some unknown reason, the person at the till just did not want to know, had no idea why you had made this policy and was not prepared to help in any way whatso ever, you couldn't even say the policy was to cut down on unwanted queues during your sales as there were none to speak of, i find it disgracefull that i will now have to wait untill the new year to get a refund as i am now unable to get back to Chester due to work and i had made the trip in my spare time to be able to give the person whom the gift was for a replacement one..
