"Rip off cafe food /stinkey toilets "

I visited your milton keynes store ordered some food ie two teas one cafe latte,two toasted ham and cheese toasties, some christmas cake at £14.50, toasties arrived not cooked, the food was rubbish. i went to use the toilets walked in the gents to greet by a strong urine smell bringing tears to my eyes, closet was out off order, sign on door, written on the in pen was note "how much longer are these going to be out of order " sort this out and stop ripping people off, clean up your act? .i tell my friends about your store do'nt visit bhs. .
