Just came back from a holiday in Bali, and used Malaysian Airlines for all four of our flights. You lost our bag which took you five days to return. However we have not spoke to a single person at Malsysian Airlines, as you are incapable of picking up the phone. You said yuou were unable to offer an upgrade on the way home because of all of the stress you have caused. Alongside this you have also created a £200 phone bill from us trying to contact you anout the lost bag.

PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
